very bad purchase experience

IF A COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT HAVE SOME CURTOSY TO REVERT BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Hi, HAD ORDERED THE gaUganga Ghee which I had viewed on various post. On receipt of the same on 26.05.2024 was very disappointed as on opening the package I found that the ghee had leaked and the bubble wrap was

totally messy, on opening the bottle lid it was found hat the silver sealing foil was damaged and so the ghee had leaked this was informed to one Mr. Amit Zade ( 9096616293) with the pictures of damaged product who I presume

is marketing the ghee.

He spoke to me and informed that the damaged product ( ghee bottle ) will be replaced and soon a fresh sealed bottle will be delivered and the damaged one will be picked up. On 01.06.2024 I received the

replacement product bottle through your courier Ekart Logistics Surface AWB #: SRTP1105468029. I immediately opened the package in front of the delivery person and to my surprise again the bottle seal was broken and

the ghee had leaked out in the bubble wrap , same mess as before. The second incident was also immediately informed to Mr. Amit Zade but till date there is no response from him.

We have kept both the bottles aside as it is and expect them to be return picked up and the amount refunded to our HDFC bank credit card .

IT HAS BEEN A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE .

THE GHEE IS VERY GOOD FROM ITS APPEARANCE AND AROMA, HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER, ELSE IF SUCH INCIDENTS REPEATEDLY HAPPEN THEN THE PRODUCTVALUE GOES DOWN AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE SALES SUFFER.

A2 bilona ghee take time and effort... I have ordered and received the delivery.. Now I am going to send this ghee to lab, if it will be not A2 bilona ghee. I will file a Fir and report to food authority
